David Jarjisian maintained a career in real estate and sales for companies throughout Pennsylvania before retiring due to a disability. From 1985 to 2010, David Jarjisian served as Senior Vice President of Jackson-Cross Company (which later became CB Richard Ellis), a Pennsylvania-based real estate leasing and selling firm. In that role, he worked closely with the owners and landlords of major office buildings in Philadelphia’s center as well as other major cities to help the leasing of vacant spaces. These include such buildings as the Rohm and Haas Corporate Headquarters, the American College of Physicians building, One Liberty Place, Center Square, 1700 Market Street, Penn Mutual Towers, now known as One Washington Square , and others. He repeatedly was recognized for his work as a top producer by Jackson-Cross Company, as well as CB Richard Ellis.

Prior to his position at Jackson-Cross Company, David Jarjisian served as a sales manager at Computerland in Paoli, Pennsylvania. His responsibilities included overseeing the sales team, sales, and programming personal computers. In 1979-1981, he held a position teaching business classes and coaching baseball, track, and basketball at the American Academy, Larnaca in Cyprus. At the beginning of his career, Jarjisian worked as an assistant administrator at Reber Freil Company.
